We are happy to offer worldwide shipping (standard charges apply).

For international orders additional customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and not S+P Jewelry Co.

Please allow for 48 hours for processing and handling of your order. Shipping will commence upon order completion.

We use Canada Post for domestic orders, along with the following reputed couriers: UPS, DHL, Purolator and FedEx. Shipping rates vary according to provider.

We are not responsible for delayed shipments once the order has been dispatched to the shipper.

Undeliverable orders after the second attempt of delivery (with no contact from customer, due to incomplete or wrong address, unreachable customer, etc.) will be returned without refund.

Undeliverable orders requiring a third delivery attempt are subject to shipping charges paid by the customer.
